Our recently completed project in Bridgeport, CT: The Franklin & The Eleanor was honored as a Development of Distinction by the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. The Women's Institute is thrilled to have received American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds (ARRA stimulus funds) to move forward with the rehabilitation of the former Ingraham School into 19 affordable apartments and program/community space in New Bedford. We plan to close on our financing and begin construction this summer, with plans for families to move in Summer 2011. Read more about it at the South Coast Today
