Contributions

Help support a critical component of our work, the early investment of time and resources in seeking out new partners to create affordable housing. Our early "visiioning" work is a vital first step in housing development but, if contracted for, would require our potential partners to divert funds from already strained operating budgets, perhaps taking away critical service provision dollars. We take it upon ourselves to fund this work, so as to design quality affordable housing and lasting partnerships that support the lowest-income families in our communities. Partners & Projects

Please tell organizations and community groups that you are associated with about our services. The Women’s Institute provides a full range of planning and development services, and can assist organizations whether they are just starting to envision affordable housing, already have a plan in place and are looking to start the zoning or financing process, or are owners of affordable housing and are seeking asset management and/or rehabilitation services.
