Ferry Crossing Old Saybrook, CT - In partnership with HOPE Partnership, development of 16 new units of affordable housing on a state-owned, three-acre parcel under the Incentive Housing Zone process.

Ingraham Place, New Bedford, MA – 19 units of affordable family housing, commercial space for non-profit programs, and a community room to be created by re-developing the former Ingraham School. Partners: to be announced soon.

Park City Apartments, Bridgeport, CT - 110 units of affordable and supportive housing to be created by re-developing the former Park City Hospital complex. The property will include 48 units of supportive housing for individuals; 62 units of elderly housing, including 35 congregate units; and program space. Partner: The Housing Authority of the City of Bridgeport.
Victory Gardens,Newington, CT - In partnership with Veterans’ Administration CT Healthcare System, creation of 74 units of permanent supportive housing designed to be affordable to a range of households, with priority given to eligible veterans and their families.

Pliny Street Supportive Housing, My Sisters’ Place Hartford, CT - Creation of 30 units of permanent housing for families and young adults aging out of foster care at a former “brownfield” site.

Cambridge YWCA Cambridge, MA - Extensive renovation of two historic buildings that contain 107 SROs and office/program space.
Chelmsford Housing Authority Chelmsford, MA -
  • CHOICE Center: New construction of 37 units of affordable senior housing with supportive services and a senior center;
  • Lot 38: A permitted 40B site to become 5 units of permanent service-enriched housing for families; and
  • A new site to become 8 units of housing for veterans returning from recent deployments, with services tailored to helping them transition to life back home.

Elizabeth Stone House Jamaica Plain, MA - Planning and feasibility analysis for a new combined site for shelter, transitional, and permanent housing for survivors of domestic violence.
